Availability.

All items are subject to availability. Prints and Commissioned Artworks are made to order and I am committed to work within the lead time given. Please be advised that there could be delays, however, I will keep you updated on the progress of your order until completion.

Cancellation.

You are entitled to cancel your order provided this is done within 5 working days of placing it. Should you wish to exercise this right please email: hello@onomeotite.com or call: +44 (0) 7904 079383. If your print order has already been dispatched please follow the RETURNS POLICY. Please note this does not apply with commissioned artwork, as these are made to your specifications. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Copyright.

All artwork is copyrighted © by Onome Otite. All rights reserved. 

Order Confirmation.

An order confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order has been made - please keep it safe for reference. If you do not receive this email please get in touch via the contact page and I will confirm whether your order has been placed.

Original Artwork.

Please be advised all Original Artworks are one-offs and cannot be replicated. If a piece you were hoping to buy is sold out it may be possible to make a similar piece as a commission - please get in touch via the commission page if this is of interest.

Payment.

This website uses Stripe and PayPal to process payments. This includes the option to purchase goods direct with credit or debit card or with your own PayPal account. Both processing platforms are safe and credible. Transactions are secure and no sensitive payment information is held on this server. Accepted payments: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Apple Pay. Please note: a PayPal account is not required to purchase from this shop.

Pricing.

All prices are in pounds sterling. Postage and packaging is free of charge for UK mainland orders only. There is a fee included for international orders. For further details please see the SHIPPING POLICY. I reserve the right to make any necessary changes in price, content and/or to discontinue items, however any changes will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

Product Photography.

Great care is taken with product photography to ensure images are accurate and fairly represent all artwork sold. While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. Please note there may also be variations in colours dependant on the settings of individual computer screens and software. 

Production.

All artworks are originally hand-crafted by Onome Otite. Digitally printed artworks and greeting cards are produced in the UK.
